The text of the Code of Canon Law is available online in English at several sites, including the Vatican website: http://www.vatican.va/archive/ENG1104/_INDEX.HTM
This site also has extremely useful concordances, word lists and statistics about the frequency with which words appear in the text; words in the text are linked to their respective concordances.
